Note this appears to be the first one posted here on MATRIXSYNTH. If you take a look at the Garfield channel for the site, you will see similar looking devices but they are actually the Mini Doc and the Nano Doc. This is the FSK. Interesting bit of synth history.
"Garfield FSK Adapter for drum machine sync. Converts Roland & Oberheim FSK sync into clock pulses with selected timbase & DIN Sync.
I used this unit to Sync a Linn LM-1 to Roland 909 and MPC-60.
