You can find a video of one previously posted here, and a resource site posted here. Only one other was listed for sale back in 2007.

"Up for sale is a (1) Allen & Heath AHB Inpulse One drum machine, made in England around 1985. There are 140 units produced of this drum machine and most of them don't work properly. This one is been completely overhauled and in good working condition now (service report included in the sale). Notice that the gold plated contacts of the expansion connector are damaged, the connector is not longer usable unfortunately. Optical it's in good condition for its age, but there is some wear and tear on the housing, rusty spots on the back side and some scratches (see photo's). It's working on 220 - 240V and the serial number is: 1024."
