"Roland originally manufactured the Jupiter-6 with an axial RAM battery soldered directly to the printed circuit board. I recently replaced the battery and installed a Philmore BH542 1/2AA battery holder (see photos) to accommodate the replacement battery so the next owner won't need to do any soldering when the battery fails in the years to come. Operationally, the synthesizer is perfect - 100% functional in every way. The original Roland factory presets have been restored, and the original manual is included..."
