The K50000W lacks the knobs on the K5000S, but adds workstation capabilities. Kawai did realease a separate knob box for the K5000W.Update: lo and behold, one with the knob box just posted here.

All buttons and sliders and LCD excellent. Perfectly clean sound. No crackles or hiss.
