This one was spotted and sent in via Joel Braverman. I thought the price was high, so I did a quick search to see what the keyboard version was going for. To my surprise, the desktop version popped up in the sponsored search results on the right, so this ad is actually out there. The keyboard version though, goes for the same, $999.99. Did they use the wrong image? Your guess is as good as mind.
The Desktop version was first mentioned back in November 11.
