"The Luma Noise v4 is a light-controllable synthesizer with four individual oscillators and a resonant low pass filter. It's handmade in Italy, together with other synths of the Lumanoise & Leploop family."

The V1 and V2 Lumanoise synths were first announced back in May of 2013. I was curious when the new V3 - V5 were first posted and it appears they went up in November, also via TTNM.
