PO32 tonic hack

"A janky demo of a neater version of my previous pocket operator mod for the PO12 ( [here] ) on the new tonic PO32.
Using switches for FX and WRITE
Also has beat repeat that modulates the A and B parameters.
Tonic is synced to op1, this was the first time I tried that and its really fun."
