"Lovely old 1980s polysynth from Crumar. The BIT 99 2 oscillator utilising DCO's with analogue VCF and VCA. 6 voices with a double layer mode for Phat sounds or split mode (2 different sounds at the same time or split across the keys), also a clever stereo mode. It is capable of the classic 80s synth pop sounds and big resonant filter sweeps and is also amazing at ambient piano and bass sounds. Also very capable of FX stuff, and has a nice velocity feature! Programming is easier than it looks, just take a peek at the parameter map, punch in the number and tweak. Not as fast as a synth with knobs but the reward is great as the sounds of this thing are truly unique !"
