"This video shows the Elektron Octatrack MK II being used as a sampler as well as a midi sequencer and effects unit and mixer. The bass line is made by the Abstrakt Instruments Avalon and other synth sounds are provided by the Roland Boutique D-05.
The Octatrack, from Elektron, is now in its second run, providing a fully improved, modified and enhanced version as the MKII. With a crisp OLED screen and ultra durable back-lit buttons, the visual feedback is clearer than ever, with a much bigger variety of information available to be shown on the OLED screen. High quality encoders provide precise data for changing parameters. With an updated crossfader, and an increased number of dedicated buttons, the Octatrack MKII is sure to blow the minds of music producers everywhere.
