Meris Polymoon pedal jam session
Published on Nov 16, 2017 soundseas
"The Meris Polymoon Pedal is definitely not your run of the mill stompbox. I would even go so far as to say that Meris Polymoon is using the guise of a guitar pedal to hide the fact that it's a studio quality delay-modulating-phaser-super freaky sound generator!
We barely scratched the surface with this short video demonstration, there really is a lot going on under the hood. There are all sorts of settings that can be activated by some deft button pushing, and it even has midi!
Each button and knob are multi-purpose which is kinda fun. (we didn't go over any of this is this video, but we'll do another video that covers this in greater detail)
Things like being able to change the audio input from stereo TRS to mono using the "Time" knob, and switching between various modes for the expression pedal using the "Dynamics" knob.
All pretty nifty.
But at the end of the day it's all about the sound, and the polymoon's sound is seriously good, even when you get really silly and tweak the bejesus out of it. I could have spent all day on this thing!
Awesome work Meris!"
