"I wrote brand new music inspired partly by the sounds of the original Dominion Tank Police soundtrack to go with the futuristic cityscapes of the show. Written on Ableton Live with TAL U No LX, Samples From Mars (DX100 pack) samples and a sampled Puremagnetik drum kit. Part 3 of 3 of a series of original synth-driven AMVs."

Playlist:

1. The Last Days Were The First Days (Dominion Tank Police AMV)
Dominion Tank Police AMV - I wrote brand new music inspired partly by the sounds of the original soundtrack to go with the futuristic cityscapes of the show.
Written on Ableton Live with TAL U No LX, Samples From Mars samples and Ableton Live Suite samples and sounds.
2. Patlabor 2 AMV - From Soft Power To Unjust Peace
A futile exercise in relaxation combining a lethargic dance jam with scenes from Mamoru Oshi's movie Patlabor 2 which, amongst other things, ruminates on the notion that developed countries exist in a state of 'unjust peace'. Set in a near future Tokyo, where computer networks and large machines called "Labors" have lead to unprecedented economic prosperity, a terrorist attack is not all that it seems.

"Synth Soundtrack-inspired music set to footage of London and it's surroundings. Written in Ableton Live using ReFX Nexus2 and varied soundpacks. Most parts played through Alesis Q61 controller."
