"Hi all, since the last newsletter about our Percussa mSSP Kickstarter campaign the following has happened:
We raised over $30K so far and have 54 backers on board!
We made 2 new mSSP demo videos:
OB 4-voice patch on the Percussa mSSP from percussa on Vimeo.
the patch consists of:4 voices / 23 modules are running in parallel on the mSSP
per voice: 2 oscillators (SAW+SQR and SAW) + 1 SVF + 2 ENVs + 1 MIDI.
built-in fx chain (delay/reverb)
internal bus modules
external SVF cutoff and FM modulation (using make noise function and intellijel dixie II modules)
keyboard connected via MIDI port on mSSP
sound directly recorded onto the SSP and synced with video afterwards

the patch consists of:
4 voices / 23 modules are running in parallel on the mSSP
per voice: 1 step sequencer, 1 microtonal quantizer (jazz scale from the SCALA archive), 1 sine osc, 1 envelope, 1 bus routing
built-in fx chain (delay/reverb)
frequency modulation of all sine oscillators via the input module
sound directly recorded onto the SSP and synced with video afterwards
Various parameters in the patch are adjusted using the mSSP encoders, such as attack time for the envelopes and clock division factor for the step sequencers.
Back now!
We still need to find another $90,000 or 150 mSSP backers to make this project happen. Please help us by backing and/or sharing this project online!
