Star Trek Deep Space Nine Theme played on the Deckard's Dream synthesizer

Published on Dec 18, 2018 Sean Christopher - Evoking Emotion Through Music

"Star Trek Deep Space Nine has long been one of my favorite Sci-Fi television shows and I've always found the theme song to be one of my favorite pieces ever written for the Star Trek franchise. The theme was composed by Dennis McCarthy and used mostly orchestral instruments. Creating a synth version of this awesome piece was just too tempting not to do on my Deckard's Dream synthesizer by Black Corporation.

The piece was multitracked via Cubase and the only FX I used was reverb and delay."
