Great way to get into Yamaha 6-Op FM synthesis like the original DX7. Newer DACs so it might have a cleaner sound. One cool thing about the DX200, and the Volca FM for that matter, is they have macro controls that allow you to change multiple parameters in real time. The original data knob on these end up skipping values if turned too quickly. This one appears to have been fixed.
Per the listing: "It is in excellent condition as you can see from the pictures. I didn't really use it much to begin with as I am somewhat of a collector. It has been stored in a box unused for the past many years and I noticed they have been selling for $550 or more recently, so, I got a new data knob installed and listed it priced to sell with buy it now and shipping is free
I listed it as refurbished because I just had a new data knob installed...since you are looking at this I'm sure you know these all have had the same issue, so with this one, you don't have to worry about it and with buy it now you don't have to bid and wait just to be outbid at the last moment which is frustrating"
