Ride of the Valkyries by Richard Wagner performed on the Baloran The River synthesizer

"Richard Wagner's epic piece, 'Ride of the Valkyries' was done on the Baloran The River synthesizer and multitracked using Steinberg's Cubase 10 Pro. Other than The River, only reverb and delay FX were used. I have to admit that this piece was very challenging, but I tried to stay as true as possible to the original piece. The River has seriously been like synth 'Valhalla' to me, and it was a pleasure spend the last week putting this together.
The 'Ride of the Valkyries' (German: Walkürenritt or Ritt der Walküren) refers to the beginning of act 3 of Die Walküre, the second of the four operas constituting Richard Wagner's Der Ring des Nibelungen. As a separate piece, the 'Ride' is often heard in a purely instrumental version, which may be as short as three minutes. Together with the 'Bridal Chorus' from Lohengrin, the 'Ride of the Valkyries' is one of Wagner's best-known pieces."
