Karplus-Strong synthesis on the Yamaha EX5 - creating plucked string sounds out of noise

Starts with the Novation Peak.

"Karplus-Strong synthesis on the Yamaha EX5 - creating plucked string sounds out of noise. Table of contents below! I'm working on a patch collection for the EX5 at the moment, which will be free to download later this year. While tweaking a sound based on noise and filters, I found that applying the "Water" effect on a noise generator with specific parameters creates the sound of a plucked string. This is called "Karplus-Strong synthesis" and the EX5 can do this polyphonically (because FDSP effects process every single note you play individually).
