"Slow Poison" - Dave Lakes & The World Of Tomorrow

"Let's get one thing clear: this is an ANTI-DRUG song / video.
The real star in this song is the use of the PAiA 9730 Dual VCF to achieve the pure filter self oscillation to play the 'melody'. This was done by feeding the filter resonance control voltage through a foot controlled volume pedal. In this way the filter oscillation was 'played' with precise control. If you are not familiar with the PAiA 9730, do yourself a favor and check one out. They are one of my very favorite voltage controlled filters. Too many features to go into here, but the PAiA website has a detailed description of this DIY kit.

And don't do drugs!"
