"a really very rare and unique instrument from east asia
and even rarer to find one of these for sale outside of japan.

instrument sounds:

koto
17 string koto
china koto
pizzicato
vibraphone
shakuhachi
shinobue
noukan (?)
sho
kokyu
oboe
strings
horn
chorus

percussion sounds:

oodaiko
shime daiko 1
shime daiko 2
taiko
kozutumi
timpani 1
timpani 2
douuchi
suzu
hyosiki
sho
kane
quijada

you can record a sequence of notes using one instrument voice (or percussion) and then play it back whilst playing along to that recording using another voice
but as far as i know these recordings do not loop (you would need to translate the japanese manual to be sure of that)

the button with RED led above is record and button with GREEN led is play... press both to record
the button to the right of PLAY is STOP
and the next button to that is DEMO

there are 3 audio outputs:
speaker + line out + headphone

note: there is NO midi connection

the speaker output is for connection to the external speaker that is built into the instruments case (see pics)

there is a slot on one side of the instrument which is for some sort of card that contains extra instrument voices (?) but i have never been able to find these for sale online so i know nothing about them (again... a manual translation would help)

this in in good condition and fully functional.

comes in original hard case (with speaker) + loose leaf print out of japanese manual"
