"Therapsid is an analog-digital-hybrid mono synth built around the MOS SID soundchip from a Commodore C64. The unit on offer is the earlier Mk1 version, which had a modulation sequencer instead of the arpeggiator of the newer Mk2 version. It comes with the same 6581 SID chip from 1982 that was preinstalled when i got it.

3x VCO with pulse, triangle, sawtooth, noise, sync, ring modulator
3x ADSR envelope generator
3x LFO with pulse, triangle, sawtooth, s&h; can be assigned to any parameter
Multimode filter (lowpass, bandpass, highpass)
Modulation sequencer
Audio input and output
MIDI Input (DIN)"
