"!!! available at syntaxis.com.pl !!!
Last time I showed some sounds from Syntaxis micromodules system. Now it's time for more musical demonstration. Very old and overused track, but it's great for presenting capabilities of our synth.

Every sound, except drums comes from synth in the same configuration as in the second demo from my channel."

μPSU

μPSU 112·A is a power supply unit developed for Syntaxis micromodular system. The unit provides stable voltages of −12V/1A, +12V/1A, and +5V/2A.

The unit may be powered with any voltage between 16.5V and 24V, 2A min. Most of laptop chargers are suitable for this purpose.

• input voltage: 16.5V ÷ 24V/2A
• output voltages: −12V/1A, +12V/1A, +5V/2A
• output voltage tollerance: +/- 2.5%
• two-step regulation (step-down, LDO) for each output voltage
• efficiency: 96%
• reverse voltage protection
• convenient connection with solid spring contacts
• dimensions: 75mm x 53mm

μVCO

μVCO·3340·A is a voltage controlled oscillator micromodule, which provides three waveforms full of harmonics, well suited for subtractive synthesis. The unit is based on AS3340 integrated circuit, a clone of the famous CEM3340 chip by Curtis.

• 3 independently accessible waveforms: triangle, sawtooth, pulse
• voltage controlled PWM
• audio signal amplitude 10Vpp (−5V ÷ +5V range)
• 4 summed frequency control inputs 1 V/Oct
• additional 1/2 V/Oct frequency control input for range selection
• additional 24 V/Oct frequency control input for fine-tuning
• linear FM modulation input
• synchronization input
• buffered signal output
• +12V, −12V power supply
• reverse voltage protection
• pin raster 2.54mm

μVCF

μVCF·3320·LP4·A is a four stage voltage controlled low pass filter micromodule. Its 24dB per octave
slope delivers classic sound response found in many synthesizers. The micromodule is based on
the AS3320 integrated circuit.

• integrated 4-channel input signal mixer
• integrated 4-channel cut-off frequency CV mixer
• integrated 2-channel resonance CV mixer
• control voltage range normalized to 0 ÷ 5 V
• exponential control of cut-off frequency
• linear control of resonance
• buffered signal output
• low noise
• +12V, −12V power supply
• reverse voltage protection
• pin raster 2.54

μVCA

μVCA·3360·LIN·A is a voltage controlled amplifier micromodule based on AS3360 integrated circuit, configured for linear response. It is designed for final amplification stage in a signal path, prior directly to the sound output in a basic synthesizer setup. However, DC coupled inputs allow to use the module also as an attenuator or mixer for slow modulation signals. Up to 4 signal sources (either audio or CV) may be connected to the unit. The amplifier’s gain may be controlled by up to 4 CV sources.

• linear response
• integrated 4-channel control voltage mixer
• integrated 4-channel input signal mixer
• control voltage range normalized to 0V ÷ +5V
• buffered signal output
• low noise
• +12V, −12V power supply
• reverse voltage protection
• pin raster 2.54

μADSR

μADSR·3310·A is an envelope generator micromodule providing the functionality of AS3310 integrated circuit with control voltages normalized to 0V ÷ +5V range. The micromodule generates RC shaped ADSR type envelope.

• ADSR envelope
• RC envelope shape
• independent gate and trigger
• adjustable peak level
• control voltage range normalized to 0V ÷ +5V
• LED indicator
• +12V, −12V power supply
• reverse voltage protection
• pin raster 2.54mm

μLFO

μLFO·3340·A is a voltage controlled low frequency oscillator. The micromodule is based on AS3340 integrared circuit. Its typical use is for generating periodical control signal for modulating e.g. VCO pitch, VCF cut-off frequency, or VCA gain.

• 4 independently accessible waveforms: triangle, saw, inverted saw, pulse
• voltage controlled PWM
• 3 rate control inputs with different sensitivity
• 5Vpp output signal with adjustable DC shift
• control voltage range normalized to 0V ÷ +5V
• LED indicator
• +12V, −12V power supply
• reverse voltage protection
• pin raster 2.54mm
