"An updated EMU Morpheus version with different wavetable and filter table.

A one of kind module able to create and morph motion textures with evolving pads.

RACKMOUNT 1 rack height unit.
The main panel features a 16 x 2 lines display, 8 buttons and a data encoder.

Back panel terminal connectors:
- Midi interface
- main out
- 2 assignable AUX

Front panel terminal connectors:
- headphones out
- data card slot.

VOICE a 16 bits core Motorola MC68020 manages up to 32 voices polyphony.
A basic sound patch is a combination of 2 samples "primary" + "secondary" - each with individual parameters:
- oscillators crossfade osc1-> osc2 / osc2 -> osc2
- stereo panning position
- keyrange
- pitch tune
- monophonic with portamento
- reverse sample play
- loop mode.

WAVETABLE the internal 16 MB ROM contains 484 PCM waves at 39 kHz / 16 bits resolution, most of these are from previous Emu Proteus machines.
The wavetable contains various kind of PCM including: drums, choir, strings, organ, moog bass, guitar, harmonics, piano, basic waveforms and ethno percussions.

MULTIMBRAL the 32 voics polyphony can be assigned to hypermode performance mode which manages 16 parts with individual settings:
- volume / panning
- transpose
- keyboard zone
- velocity offset.

FILTER this section features 288 Z-PLANE pre-calculated filters: combinations of 20 comb EQ with variable bandwidth parameters. The fmaous filter Morphing function interpolates 2 selected filter models simply using the modulation wheel CC. Here's the Z-planes FULL LIST.

- Primary amp : 4 segments +2 level times
- Secondary amp: 4 segments +2 level times
- AUX assignable: 4 segments +2 level times
Special function generator segments a curve into 8 parts and creates a special motion mode using 64 preset shapes (e.g: linear, exponential or random).

LFO up to 2 delayed modulators (shapes: triangle, sinewave, square, saw and random) and 4 destinations:
- LFO to filter cutoff
- LFO top anning image
- LFO to volume
- LFO to pitch tuning.
Modulators offer other special parameters such as depth and variance mode which is a natural strings instruments emulation, a kind of natural desynch prcess.

MATRIX matrix mod codes every parameters from one the another with many different path routing assignable to Midi CC# - these are really similar on the one found on the EMU samplers like ULTRA series.
