"When I last got my ARP2600 restored from a professional technician, one sentence from our conversation really stuck in my head. "If you want your synthesizer to last as long as possible, you need to play it regularly". It sounds easier as it actually is, as life just gets in the way from time to time. But with such an extraordinary vintage synthesizer in my studio I try to power it on and play it at least once a week, as this beauty needs to be kept alive as long as possible."
