LYRA 8 - Early Explorations (with RE-101 Space Echo)

"Lately I have been experimenting with the really beautiful but unusual 'organismic synthesizer', the Lyra-8. It's the kind of machine that feels like you can coax it to life... if you just spend enough time on it. Here is a full recording of one of my first sessions exploring its sounds, with a touch of the Roland RE-101 Space Echo for good measure. The video is fairly unpolished, to give you an idea of what it's like to sit and play with the thing for real.
I have to say a big thank you to Signal Sounds in Glasgow for very kindly letting me borrow one of their demo units to try out for myself. They have tons of really interesting gear just like this on their site at https://www.signalsounds.com - and I personally highly recommend them as a repeat customer!"
