"Star Instruments Synare 3 PS-3 Synth / Electronic Drum. Famously used by Joy Division as snare sound on "she's lost control." Simple oscillators thru nice unique sounding filter with fm and vcf + vca decay envelopes.Can be played with drum sticks or has an unusual trigger input (functions more like vca input, best with positive triggers / voltages you can attenuate).Works fine."
