MemoryMoog | Fat Fragile Fabulous Vintage Analog
video upload by Espen Kraft
"The Moog Memorymoog is revered as one of the best classic big analog poly synths of the 80s. Powerful, delicate, but also with a reputation of being very unreliable.
A 6-voice VCO synth with 3 oscillators per voice. Analog signal chain throughout, but with digital control over parameters. It was the last synth from Moog before they went out of business. Made from about 1982 to 1985. After the introduction of MIDI Moog updated the Memorymoog to the Memorymoog PLUS which added MIDI and a poly/mono sequencer.
