"Sample-hold controller for Minimoog, Sonic 6, Moog Modular, etc. Professionally serviced, throughly tested and in full working order.
Replaced broken fader.
Replaced 6p and 2p jones plugs.
Cleaned 8p jones socket and plug.
Cleaned up inside and out.
Installed replacement green slider caps on faders.
Replaced 1/4" jack.
Fully tested multiple times.
Note: The shaft of the fader we replaced was shorter than the other two, but it works perfectly."
