"Rare italian 'orchestral' polyphonic synthesizer.
Like others in the same kind (Crumar Orchestrator, Siel Orchestra, Farfisa Synthorchestra etc) it combines in one instrument 4 different sections: strings / reeds / piano / brass each with several choice of instruments.
You can combine different sections by pushing 2 or more sections buttons.
Strings sound are really nice and benefit from a BBD triple chorus ensemble effect and a attack / sustain enveloppe.
It also has a nice Brass sound with a low pass filter with control over the attack of the filter (that can be very long) and a vibrato with adjustable speed.
The instrument was serviced and is in fully working condition. Most of the electrolytic caps were replaced.
Also a direct dry string sound output was fitted where the headphone was connected. Thus you can process the dry sound of the string alongside the sound affected by the built in ensemble fx.
The only minor isssue is the built in speakers were removed. But considering the quality of the system it didn't do justice to the quality of the instrument sound and it's not a big lost."
