    I see this as FocusRite at work, not Novation. Being absorbed by another company isn't survival. It's simply a slower way of being dissolved. Anyone remember eMagic? Apple certainly prefers that everyone forget that name. Yet, it is the heart and soul of their music business. The only real talent of a corporation is absorbing other businesses.
