"ow does a slope generator sound? Here two Serge GTS are used as VCO(s), mixer, envelope generator, filter and finally for FM (with an added VCFS), controlled via 1V/Oct and Midi / keyboard.
The Serge GTS is a complete redesign of the famous Serge Dual Universal Slope Generator (DUSG) by Serge himself - with a new core, optimized for speed and tracking. Like some of the clones it can be used for CV, but provides exceptional audio performance: transient rise times as fast as 12µs and a maximum cycle speed of 28kHz."
