Sovage Engineering - Le Brasier and L'Ecorcheur compared
video upload by John Schussler
"I've had L'Ecorcheur for a while and been very happy with it, so figured I should get a Brasier as well to keep L'Ecorcheur company.
They're similar, but different enough that I understand why they both exist. They have distinctive sounds, and different controls, so it seemed worthwhile to record them back to back.
And apparently their distortion is so meaty they manage to take the camera off angle (without me noticing). That takes some serious gronk.
