Lyricon II below via this listing

"Computone Lyricon Wind Synthesizer Driver, Serial # B279. Recently refurbished New Old Stock (NOS), not previously sold. This instrument has been in storage since 1980, and is in beautiful shape. The transducer has been re-built with new, state of the art optical sensors that are more sensitive and reliable than the original 1970's era components. The membrane has been replaced. It has been calibrated and tuned and is ready to ship. It is truly a rare and exceptional instrument. Included is a power cord, users manual, case key and expansion port connector.

The build quality of Lyricon instruments is un-matched by modern (or vintage) wind controllers. Utilizing chrome plated brass housings and spring loaded key pivots on the controller, the action is similar to traditional acoustic wind instruments. This type of action is familiar and preferred by many musicians. It is strictly an analog instrument. There is no MIDI, though the analog control voltages (CV) can be converted to MIDI with the purchase of a CV to MIDI converter, if desired.

The Wind Synthesizer Driver outputs analog control voltages that must be patched to a separate synthesizer (not included). It will not produce sound on it's own. There are many modern and vintage synthesizers on the market that can be controlled by the Driver, including units by Moog, Behringer, and many Euro-Rack modular synths. Numerous 1/4" jacks on the Wind Driver are present that provide Pitch, Wind (volume), Gates, and Pitch Bend (lip) control voltages. If you require an instrument that has on-board sound generating capabilities, the Lyricon 1 or Lyricon II may be more appropriate."

The original warrantee card is included as well, but don't send it in; Computone has been out of business for over 40 years!

The Lyricon II has two Voltage Controlled Oscillators (VCO) for pitch built in. It also has a Voltage Controlled Amplifier (VCA) for volume and Voltage Controlled Filters (VCF) for sound modifications. It can plug directly into an amplifier and produce simple and complex sounds. The Lyricon II also has an expansion port that produces two Control Voltages, one for Wind (volume) and one for Pitch/Lip (pitch). These CV's can drive a separate synthesizer (not included) if desired."
