"Completely recapped, new wood end cheeks, thoroughly cleaned and ready for use. Someone in the past has added some appropriate pinstriping to the unit and it looks quite good. Unit had a lot of use but it has been thoroughly cleaned and COMPLETELY recapped (all electrolytics) as well as having the op-amps socketed and upgraded for a cleaner sound with lower noise floor. All switches on the pedalboard are working extremely well. These switches are large physical switches, easily sourced and replaced but will likely never break or need servicing due to their quality construction.

Not nearly as good as a Moog Taurus but the sound from this is super fat and pure analogue. Used in combination with a Boss slicer or other arpeggiator effect pedal, this would be a FAT rhythm machine.

The Korg BPX-3 is a vintage, analog bass synthesizer designed for use with electronic organs, synthesizers, or stand alone use as bass accompaniment. . It's characterized by its "fat, warm vintage synth tones" and is controlled via the included foot controller. The BPX-3 is particularly known for its ability to provide a solid fundamental organ bass tone.

Key Features:

Analog Bass Synthesizer:Offers a warm and rich analog sound, distinct from digital or modern synths.
Foot Controller (PK-13):Designed to be played using a foot controller, similar to those used for organs, according to KORG (USA).
Four Tone Modes:Provides different tonal colors, similar to the drawbar settings on organs, according to KORG (USA).
Vintage Sound:The BPX-3 offers a classic, vintage analog bass sound, often described as 'shaking everything if needed.'"
