"Moog Music is no longer able to offer spare parts or service for the following products:

500 Series Delay
500 Series Ladder Filter
Little Phatty
Minifooger Pedals
Moog Guitar
Moogerfooger Pedals
MP-201
Piano Bar
Slim Phatty
Taurus 3
Voyager
VX-351
VX-352

If you need service on one of these products, please REQUEST AN RMA and send the instrument to the factory in Asheville, NC for a component level repair.

We cannot guarantee a complete repair, but our service technicians will work with each customer to determine the best path forward."
