"The WLK FILTERBANK is used on SPEECH, a NARRATION LOOP explaining the WLK and the SND filterbanks in ENGLISH and GERMAN. Extreme use of the frequency bands and also the distosion/saturation settings demonstrate the ability of the units und explore its/their boundaries.

The humming noise in the background is a crane that has been working for hours on the street to repair a water pipe of a neighboring building. I tried to remove it but I wasn’t entirely successful. To cut a long story short: Since the units dramatically compress the signal they push it but they are not generating it!"
