Casio FZ-1 aliasing and loop cross-fading

"Changing the amount of loop crossfading has the side effect of changing the interpolation algorithm of the Casio FZ-1 sampler. Even when playing a non-looping sound.
At lower values, crossfading can sound like a stutter or an echo.
