First Steps with OXI One series

"Domino is a new trigger-layered sequencer mode designed to break away from traditional step sequencing workflows. Instead of tying rhythm and pitch together in a fixed pattern, Domino separates trigger information from melodic content, allowing both layers to evolve independently while remaining perfectly synchronized.
This simple but powerful concept opens the door to endlessly shifting phrasing, evolving grooves, and unexpected melodic variations. Start with a single musical idea, then explore entirely different interpretations by changing how notes are triggered over time. A static melody can suddenly become dynamic, human, hypnotic, or completely unpredictable — all without rewriting the original sequence.
Because trigger and note layers interact independently, Domino encourages experimentation and rewards happy accidents. It’s a workflow designed for musicians who want movement and variation without sacrificing musical coherence.

Domino is featured in the new NigrĂ¡n 2.0 firmware update, available now through the OXI App."
