Moog Muse: 64 Analog Bass Presets. No Talknig Sound Demo

video upload by Anton Anru

"🎸 Moog Muse 'Bass Collection' contains 64 Bass Presets.
The patches cover a variety of bass tones: vintage and modern, deep and bright, soft and punchy, long and short, static and rhythmical.

🎛 All patches are Velocity-sensitive. The ModWheel enhances expressiveness by adding motion and tonal variation—brightening the sound, introducing vibrato, shifting timbre, or adding extra movement for dynamic and engaging performance.

Aftertouch introduces distortion, detune, or resonance.
The Macro Knob introduces additional changes—it adds bright overtones or adds modulation to the filter or oscillators.

🧿 The soundset is universal, these basses are suitable for all genres of electronic music, including Techno, House, Trance, Lounge, Downtempo, Funk, Disco, Pop, Acid, Hardcore, IDM, Drum'n'Bass, Breaks, Breakbeat, Trap, Electro, Ambient, Dubstep, EDM, Synth-Pop and others.

💡 Make sure you are using the latest firmware version (1.4 or higher).
I recommend keeping the MAIN OUT knob at the center position, 12 o'clock. This will give you headroom to adjust the volume between presets. It will also prevent internal clipping if the presets have a powerful low end.

The presets do not include patterns/sequences/melodies. Timbres only.

💡 Installation.
Connect the synth to your computer via USB. To load presets onto the synthesizer, you first need to boot the device into Disk Mode. To do this, turn on the synthesizer while holding down the Select Knob in the Programmer section. A new device/drive called MOOG_MUSE will appear on your computer. Inside it, presets are stored in the Library folder, organized across banks 1–16.

The downloaded pack has two folders: Presets in banks and Presets List.
In the Presets in banks folder, the presets are distributed across banks 05–08. You can simply copy them to the synthesizer, and they will appear on the device in banks 05–08.
The presets in the Presets List folder are stored as a single list. You can freely distribute these files across any banks on the device, or create your own banks in any order or sorting you prefer.
