Let's start with Type and Alloy. Together, these give you a range of different cymbal characters, from tight metallic hits to bigger, more resonant sounds.

Decay controls how long each hit rings out, while Tone lets you shape the brightness and character of the cymbal.

Then there's Morph. This blends between different grain sources.

And pressing the Morph encoder gives you a quick mute.

The Mix inputs let you bring other sounds into the Cymbal and mix them right alongside it.
