"Waterlight is an atmospheric electronic piece built around deep, spacious pads from the Virus TI2 and shimmering electric-piano textures that flow like cascades of water.

As the piece develops, the rhythm gradually grows and a more expressive piano takes the foreground, moving through melodies, pauses and new impulses while the synth textures remain underneath, creating a sense of depth and movement.

"Messenger Takeoff is my first encounter with the Moog Messenger — and my first chance to discover the power, character and energy of this instrument.

All leads and arpeggios are performed with the Moog Messenger, with effects by Walrus Etherealizer. I really enjoyed playing this piece live and exploring how much movement and intensity the Messenger can bring to the music.

'Takeoff' feels like the right name for this first flight: the moment the Messenger enters the Modularis world and starts to show what it can do.

Shades of Blue | Korg Wavestate Atmospheres & Piano

"Shades of Blue is an original composition exploring rich contemporary harmonies, atmospheric synthesizer textures and expressive piano improvisation.

The piece begins with a repeating harmonic progression, gradually unfolding through evolving pads, subtle arpeggiated textures from the Korg Wavestate Module, electric piano and rhythmic layers.

As the music develops, the piano takes a more prominent role through an expressive improvisation performed with Native Instruments NOIRE, bringing a more personal and spontaneous dimension to the composition.

The final section moves into a more defined musical space, with piano, bass and drums bringing the piece to its conclusion.

A blend of electronic atmospheres, sophisticated harmonies and improvisation, where musical expression remains at the centre.
