video upload by Noise Engineering

"Reso Legio is a Karplus-Strong physical-modeling voice and resonator that creates plucked strings with different resonant body types.

Let's start with Body. This changes the resonant body between acoustic guitar, violin, and banjo.

Decay controls how long the string rings out, taking you from short, tight plucks to long, sustained tones.

Brightness shapes the high-frequency character of the string.

Then there's Chorus. Choose between off, medium, and deep settings to add movement and dimension to the voice.

And since Pitch tracks 1 volt per octave, you can sequence Reso just like any other melodic voice.

The Excite inputs let you bring in external audio and send it through Reso's resonator, turning other sounds into string-like textures.

Reso is just one of many free firmwares available for Legio. When you're ready to trade physical modeling for something else, connect over USB and your Legio can become a whole new module.
