"The SX-500 is a MIDI controlled rack mountable analog synthesizer module which was manufactured in Italy by Siel and also sold under their brand as the Expander 80.

It comes with a ROM cartridge (seen plugged into the synth in the photos). The added sounds provided by the cartridge are named on the strip that is attached to the middle front of the synth, as can be seen in the photos."

I purchased two of these as a NOS boxed pair but no longer have my Juno or MC-4b and are therefore selling this last unit.
