"Rare Kawai R-1A Rhythmer Vintage Analog Drum Machine from the 1970s.

The unit powers on and plays the programmed rhythms, however, Snare and/or Hi-Hat sounds don't really seem correct and have small output compared to other instruments. There is a slight constant hum noise in the background too. The Tempo Lamp is also not lighting up.

Otherwise everything appears to be working but because of the issues mentioned, I'm selling this AS IS to be used with some servicing/adjustment."

"RARE Kawai Rhythmer....with it's old school analog warmness. The kicks are really great...sample them and make a sweet ass beat. Also, you can massage it to push in more than one pattern at one time, so it creates some crazy rhythms. It all works as designed...perfect for some retro grooves..."
