"This keyboard was purchased... over 10 years ago (original owner) from a former Yamaha Dealer and never used. As such, the unit itself has never been opened and the original internal battery has not yet been replaced. Unit does indicate to change battery on power up. While programs originally loaded into internal memory have not been retained due to this, the programs may be restored to internal memory via Sys-Ex or ROM cartridge following battery replacement.

Please note that a DX7 II ROM cartridge is not included with this auction, but we have fully tested this unit with a ROM cartridge inserted (see photo's) with single and combination programs loaded."

Segmenti Arp records a sample, slices it up 24 ways, and assigns a slice to its respective Organelle key (1-24). It then arpeggiates the pitch of the segment. There are nine arpeggio patterns to select from. The segment playback speed is adjustable and independent of pitch. Adjust the start and end points of all segments and see the changes as they are made right on the Organelle screen! Change the volume envelope of all segments, write a sequence of segments, change the arpeggio rate and pattern, or record a new sample. Jam along with the built-in input--all incoming audio is routed to the Organelle's main output.

See what happens when this patch is combined with FunkBox Drum Machine, a Casio CZ-101, Pocket Piano MIDI, field recordings, and the Boss DR-770.

Eurorack Prices Falling?

"You asked for it: Due to the increased demand for Eurorack modules in Europe, even the large retailers for musical instruments are now filling the last corners of their warehouses and buying complete production runs from manufacturers and everything else they can get. Some manufacturers might be happy about this, but the flooding of the market already leads to a significant drop in prices here and there, some modules are already available with a 30% discount on the original calculated price and yet were still quite hot the other day!

As SchneidersLaden we have decided to go along with this development and of course offer corresponding products for the same price to our customers, although most of them have already bought them when the goods were still fresh and crisp! We’re almost a little sorry about that, but hopefully the hits are already produced and the music career is up and running? Nevertheless, sorry – but the decision for this way lies with the manufacturer and was not our recommendation!
