Originally commissioned by Roland to demonstrate the the SBX-1 Sync Box, the DriftBox-R Limited is a cool analog synth module in its own right. You get two oscillators, a great-sounding filter, and an envelope generator, as well as CV/gate I/O that turns this little tabletop unit semi-modular. You can use it by itself and trigger its envelope with the onboard momentary button - or combine it with other hardware and the possibilities are endless. Paired with a CV-equipped keyboard or sequencer, it's a great source for soaring leads and massive bass lines.
