Title link takes you to some nice shots via this auction. Man I wis I were in Atlanta now. That's a nice looking Quadra. Local pickup would also mean I could most likely check it out first.

Guy I got the Polymoog and CS-50 from in Boston is shooting to own FOUR of these things. Three for use, one as a parts corpse.
ReplyDeleteI've actually decided not to go for the four. I'll be happy to just get the one up and working. Right now I just have two, one for restoration and one for parts.
ReplyDeleteI have pictures of the parts one (with modifications) here:

Hey Heath!
ReplyDeleteThat Polymoog sounds great! It wasn't the bushings though...it's far more effed than that...Randel's building something custom for it to get it 100% up to snuff. Luckily he gets off on this kind of thing. :o)
Huh?? It wasn't the bushings? I didn't think anything else could've caused that. My friend has a pro-one with bad bushings and it did the same thing.
ReplyDeleteWell, I'm glad that he has a solution for it! I'll be happy when one Quadra is up and running as then I won't have any more broken synths.
How is the CS-50 going?
