Almost here... Moog Clue #1

Can You Feel The Anticipation?

Moog Music is proud to announce the advent of a much anticipated NEW product at Musik Messe in Frankfurt, Germany, March 29, 2006. Come visit your Moog friends in Hall 5.1, Walkway B, Stand 43. Along with showcasing our "hip" new product, we will have world-renowned thereminist, Pamelia Kurstin demonstrating the Etherwave Pro. You all remember her from the Moog Movie.

Although we can't tell you what IT is right now -- we promise to continue to update this location with news and plenty of CLUES. Here's a picture of your first one. Any guesses? Please feel free to share your thoughts with others on the Moog Forum where speculation grows stronger each day.

  6. Maybe a hip-hop theremin?

Or a Disco light show? Moog needs to move into the lucrative market of Disco Lighting - IMHO. Still, I'd be quite happy with Lasers. Maybe a "Hip" Disco Laser Piano.

    Maybe a brain-control interface for the LFO's.

It would also be cool if there was a 1 Million Volt Oscillator. Something oscillating with a spark gap. I really like 1 million volts a lot.

Whatever it is, I want SQUARE knobs that say PHAT on them.

    ^__^

  7. Finger's are crossed for a 2 osc Multimoog or Source like affordable synth. (aren't we all)

I really hope it not a new knob option for the voyager. :)

  9. possibly its a new edition of the Moog Rogue

    i could see that happening

i just hope they would update the synth architecture/programming possibilities a bit... this is 2006, not 1976

maybe its a new line of moog modules?

but lets see if moog can do "affordable"... any bets on that?
