Since the copy auction is infringing on the sellers intellectual property (photos and decription), he can report it to the Vero program and get the other auction pulled. Matthew, go here:

What happens when someone copies another auction, and then emails all of the blogs, calling the original auction a scam? I smell conspiracy theory.

Then they tell the blogger and the blogger pulls it and it's at your own risk as usual. In many cases you can tell. BTW, not sure I want to become the auction synth police. The last post was hillarious. This one I'm doing as a tie in. Long term? Who knows...
