This has to be the funniest shit I've ever seen. Huppo put his Nord Modular up on the bay two weeks ago. Some guy just put up his own auction, but get this. Not only did he copy huppo's auction but he actually pointed to the pics on huppo's server. So what did huppo do? He updated the pics of course. "Hey Matrix,

In short, my own Nord Modular auction from a couple weeks
ago was lifted word for word and picture for picture by some
dirtbag. Only he left the links to the pictures on my
webserver! How thoughtful of him to give me permission to
change "his" listing at will. :o)

Sadly, that doesn't work, cause they get out of it int he end.
However, you can contact eBay with a message that it's stolen, but, it has to come from the original seller of the item.
