Update: OK, this one was completely lost. This was my attempt at stupid synth humor. Imagine replacing your stereo and steering wheel with these, hooking up some taurus pedals as your gas, clutch and brake pedals and you'd be good to go. Cruisin and playin synths. Yeah... Sorry. : )
Korg NS5R shot via this auction.

Doepfer sells DIY MIDI interface kits and you can get them here

I was gonna buy one and wire up my own controller , but i keep finding used gear cheaper than these kits - dull cases but highly useful
but that steering wheel assembly could be a problem , maybe those little button balls on the side could be tweeked
Matrix, I don't get it.
ReplyDeleteI know my humor sucks, I need to keep it away from the posts. It was a joke post. When I saw the NS5R on Ebay, I thought it looked like a car stereo. I then had thought the ultimate synth geek thing to do would be to install in in your car so you could play while driving. I then thought what would be a good controller in the car, and the steering wheel popped in my head so I did a quick search for musical stearing wheel and that came up. I guess taurus pedals would be a good addition as well. Imagine replacing your stereo, steering wheel and pedals with this. Cruising down the neighborhood playing your own tunes. : )
ReplyDeleteI always thought I could fit a Moog Rogue into my car's glove box.
