  2. mm.. it's more a kind of freq/reso/ringmod knob twisting over a sampled background.... I guess Rudess it's renowned for other things! Anyway, David Gilmour did that. There should be a video on the tube.

  3. Oh, Davide, how you trivialize this performance. It is clear that Herr Jordan also twists the Attack knob on the VCF's envelope. (And he overdoes it with the Q knob, IMO.)
